Hey there, hi there, and hello there, my name is Nate Klein. First and foremost, I am a husband to my wondermous wife, Jenny, and a proud father to our four lively children. As an educator with Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa, I strive to embody the principles of servant leadership in everything I do.
Time as a leader in Corporate America, a management professor in higher education,
and as an executive in the not-for profit sector have provided me great opportunities to
learn from insightful leaders. Also, I have served in various leadership roles for several
not-for profit boards, collaborated on innovative programs for community
development, delivered keynote addresses, and facilitated leadership development
workshops for organizations large and small.
Lifelong learning is a passion of mine, and I am proud to have earned my bachelor’s in
business from Mount Mercy University, an MBA from Emory University, and a doctorate
in interdisciplinary leadership from Creighton University where I studied the impact
servant leaders have on employee engagement.
I believe that great leadership begins with a foundation of self-awareness, is rooted in
positivity, and thrives when we focus on the principles of servant leadership.
